I was asked to solve a problem. How can we create conversations among DNV-GL surveyors to reconnect them with the value of their work and their identity as ships surveyors.
One way is to collect a series of photographs of them working.
This will emphasize the kind of work they do and the commitment that they give to it. If these are displayed as prints outside each of the regional offices it will create conversations about identity, quality, the nature of work and customer service.
